| I find this season to be a bit boring too, let me explain why. This is a trend that started back in season 4 where they introduced a lot of characters and their unique ability, and felt like they had to showcase them all in battle, this made some scene in the big battle of season 4 feel very long at some point because you had one character that would come up, be presented by the narrator, do the thing, and then be forgotten. This just takes time that could be used for something else and do not generate much excitement to the viewer (AKA me). Idk how it looks like in the manga, but anyway a good 1/4 of season 6 so far has been used to showcase those side characters, and it just ends up making the plot progress much more slowly and make me feel like not much happened at the end of the 24 minutes episode. TL;DR too much character on screen, they all have to use their abilities and do so independently, making the fight feel slow. |

| I think it's because you're watching it weekly. Come to the marathon/binge side with me. No wait time, no pacing issue since you can click next episode easily. You're being bias since you have wait a week for a new episode and blame it on the pacing. Pause MHA and come back when it is done. Problem solved. |
